Nelson Real Estate: Stats for the month of April

Although the total number of new listings in the City of Nelson are down from 15 to 11 last month, the overall number of listings grew from 22 to 24. Number of sales are remaining fairly consistent with only one more sale in April over the previous month. It is a very tight market right now with very little inventory. With proper presentation and marketing, most houses coming on the market right now are sold within a couple days of listing. If you are thinking of selling, it is definitely a sellers market right now.
