As with the market in the City of Nelson, activity in the Nelson Rural areas is starting to gain momentum. New listings are up substantially from the previous month to 20 in March. Total active listings are still fairly low sitting at 22 but there seems to be a slow but steady incline. Sales are down over last month with 6 sales in March compared to 9 in February.
