The BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) protects the public's interest by assuring the competency of Real Estate Licensees (REALTORS®) and ensuring their compliance with the Real Estate Services Act.  The BCFSA is accountable to and advised government on industry issues and encourages public confidence by impartially setting and enforcing standards of conduct, education, competency, and licensing for REALTORS® in the province.  As a licensed REALTOR® in British Columbia, I am here to serve you in an ethical and professional manner in accordance with the Real Estate Services Act and the REALTOR'S® Code of Ethics
