New Listings vs. Sold Listings for Nelson in the Month of November

The number of new listings in the month of November for the City of Nelson has taken a dramatic nose dive. Only 4 new listings were reported in the City in November 2016 compared to 14 in October. Number of sales in Nelson remain fairly steady with 17 sales reported in October and 16 in November. What does this mean to current buyers?
