Nelson Rural Market Activity for March 2017

As with the market in the City of Nelson, activity in the Nelson Rural areas is starting to gain momentum. New listings are up substantially from the previous month to 20 in March. Total active listings increased as well. The number of sales dropped a bit but we should see a rise in that as we head into the spring. Call me if you want to talk about this.

Nelson Real Estate Market Activity for March 2017

So things are starting to heat up in the market in the City of Nelson. New listings have risen to 15 over 3 from last month. Total active listings are still fairly low sitting at 22 but there seems to be a slow but steady incline. Sales are down over last month with 6 sales in March compared to 9 in February.
